Here, the culinary art is passed down from generation to generation, and each dish tells a story of tradition, passion and creativity.

Our restaurant, with its walls decorated with historical photos and tables set in the bright colours of Campania, is the ideal place to learn the secrets of Neapolitan cuisine. Through hands-on and interactive courses, students will be able to immerse themselves in the preparation of iconic dishes such as Sorrento-style gnocchi, the Genoese pasta hey typical sweets like tiramisu.

 

Led by Chef Michele Scurti, students will discover not only the culinary techniques, but also the importance of fresh and local ingredients. From the selection of San Marzano tomato to the use of the scented basil, each lesson will be a sensory journey which celebrates the richness of our land.

 

And that's not all, once the lesson and the recipes of the menu designed by our chef are over, all the aspiring chefs will pass to the other side of this magnificent world. sitting at the table and enjoying what they have created with their own hands.
